What's the best way to get to the hotel using public transport?
The best way to get to Aura Village is by taxi, Uber, or transfer.

Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the property.

We do not have electric car charging stations available.
Where can I rent a bicycle during my stay?
We do not offer bicycle rental services.

Aura Village has a bar serving only drinks: water, juices, and coffee from 9 am to 9 pm.

Yes, the apartments have a shared swimming pool between them.
What are the opening hours for the hotel pools?
The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Does the hotel have a children's pool?
There is no children's pool.
Is it possible to request an iron for use in the room?
You can request an iron; simply go to reception.
Is it possible to send a package to the hotel?

Check-in at Aura Village is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Check-out at Aura Village must be done between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Is it possible to check in early or check out late?
The possibility of early check-in or late check-out at Aura Village should be confirmed with the hotel or its reception.
Do they have an area for storing guests' luggage?
Yes, with the reception.
