Data Controller (We): The Hospitality Business that will provide you, the user, the requested service. Our identification and contact details are available on the website you used to make your reservation / to ask us your questions. They also appear on our invoice that we send to you.
Data Compliance Officer: Not applicable to Data Controllers activities.
User: Person who has filled in the reservation form or any other documentation related to it.
Objective: The purpose of processing the data provided through this form is to manage the reservations made by you, the user and / or to answer the questions / requests made.
- Or the need to execute our contract with you, user / need to take action at your request before entering into a contract.
Duration: We store the data provided by you, user, during the time necessary for the management of the reservation made, as well as of the requested services of stay. Once the management is completed, your data will be kept for six (6) months. If you consent to receiving marketing and / or commercial information, your data will be stored until you revoke your consent.
Processor: We hire our partner Guestcentric Group (www.guestcentric.com) to realize the booking mechanism of our business. Guestcentric acts under our authority and we enter into a contract with the Guestcentric Group for the provision of its services. We instruct the Guestcentric Group in writing about how processing should be done.
Data entities different from users: When you, user, provide us with personal data belonging to a data subject other than you, you are responsible for such acts, as well as obtaining the respective consent of such data subjects for the provision of their data.
Data Transfer: We should not transfer personal data to a third country outside the EEA (European Economic Area).
Rights of Data Owners: Data owners may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending an e-mail or by registered letter to the contact details on our reservation website and on our invoices.
